This online training program is designed for supervisors overseeing employees in safety-sensitive positions regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT). It fulfills the annual requirement for reasonable suspicion training under 14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40.
Supervisors will learn how to identify signs of drug and alcohol misuse in the workplace, understand DOT testing procedures, and properly document and initiate reasonable suspicion testing when necessary. This training ensures your team remains compliant and your workplace remains safe.
