This online training program is designed for supervisors overseeing employees in safety-sensitive positions regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT). It fulfills the annual requirement for reasonable suspicion training under 14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40.
