Legacy Training Access
This page provides access to Flightline’s legacy training videos for employees and supervisors. It is intended for clients who prefer to manually document training completion rather than using the automated certificate system.
To maintain compliance with 14 CFR Part 120 Subpart E and F, employers must ensure that:
- Employees in safety-sensitive positions complete drug and alcohol awareness training
- Supervisors receive reasonable suspicion training on physical, behavioral, and performance indicators
These videos meet the FAA/DOT training content requirements and can be completed at your convenience. Annual refresher training is recommended around the same time each year.

Employee Training
Before hiring or transferring an individual into a safety-sensitive position, employers must obtain a verified negative DOT pre-employment drug test result.
At the end of the video below, a link will appear directing the employee to a brief quiz. This quiz should be completed to assist with internal documentation of the training.
